INTERIOR: The GROUND FLOOR consists of large living room with DTT / SAT TV, air conditioning and exit to the covered terrace and pool area, kitchen with hob, a room with washing machine, a bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and bathroom with shower en suite, two other bedrooms with a double bed each, one of them with air conditioning and a separate bathroom with bathtub. The HIGH FLOOR consists of a small dining room-kitchen with hob, two bedrooms with double beds, a separate bathroom with shower and a spacious solarium to enjoy the sun.
EXTERIOR: Exceptional rectangular 8x4 pool with Roman stairs and outdoor shower. There is also a covered barbecue area with built-in barbecue. Parking for a vehicle on the same plot.
LOCATION: The villa is located in a privileged area, given the tranquility of the area and its proximity to the beaches and all services. It is located just 2 km from the sandy beach as well as the center of Moraira. The nearest supermarket is 2.3 km away.

Lovely villa with pool
5.0Fabulous Property but lacks any personality. Poor check-in Process. Pool cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Could be an absolutely fabulous property but needs more information or recommendations for anyone new to the area
