INTERIOR: This charming villa consists of a tastefully furnished living-dining room, equipped with Sat/DTT TV and air conditioning, with access to the pool area. This area connects with an open kitchen, fully equipped with a ceramic hob and dishwasher, as well as a laundry room. The villa has two bedrooms with a double bed and air conditioning, one of them with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub, and a third bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning. Additionally, there is a separate bathroom with a shower.
EXTERIOR: The villa offers a pleasant area around the 8x4 meter pool (with a minimum depth of 0.9 meters and maximum depth of 1.80 meters), provided with Roman stairs. It has a built-in barbecue and a spacious covered terrace, as well as parking space for up to 3 vehicles on the same plot.
LOCATION: The villa is strategically located in a privileged area, surrounded by pine trees and remarkably quiet. Just 650 meters from the nearest restaurant, less than 2 km from the beach and 2.5 km from the center of Moraira with all its services.
