The solarium terrace is one of the main features of the property, with a large swimming pool, a barbecue area and an outdoor space to enjoy summer meals. This property is designed for the enjoyment of the whole family. It has 4 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, one of them with dressing room and en-suite bathroom, and another with direct access to the balcony with views to the bay. In addition, there is 1 bathroom and an extra toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and a gas cooker. The nearest bus stop (31113) is 150m walking distance away. The bus stop connects to Palma in about 50 minutes with the bus line 504Tolleric.
