Groups of young people under 30 years old are not allowed. This impressive property on two floors is located at an exceptional place in the touristic area of Bellavista, Cala Blava. The property has a fantastic terrace and a large swimming pool. It offers 6 bright, and fully air-conditioned bedrooms to accommodate up to 12 guests, 4 bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. In addition, there is a large terrace with a swimming pool, sunbeds to enjoy the sun and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue. Next to the terrace there is a children's playground, which makes it an ideal property for everyone. - - - - - IMPORTANT NOTES - - - - - All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh. This house has air conditioning and central heating throughout. Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax. Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest. Possibility of adding at least one additional bed for children. Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance.
