Exterior: The farmhouse was completely renovated maintaining the original characteristics of the house, it also incorporates the necessary comforts for modern day living. A 200m country lane leads to the house which is situated on top of a hill, with excellent views of the Menorcan countryside and pine forests. The enclosed swimming pool (9 x 4m with Roman steps) is surrounded by a grass area where children can play.
