Welcome to Delicias! This charming residence is located in the centre of Playa de Muro and very close to the most beautiful beach in the north of Majorca. The property has a private swimming pool of 3,3m x 7m strategically located at the back of the house, close to the lake canal which runs through the neighbourhood. The pool is designed to enjoy the good Majorcan weather around it, as it has a porch, four sunbeds for sunbathing, a space with a table and six chairs and also a portable barbecue. The exterior communicates with the house through several accesses: one directly to the fully equipped kitchen and another one directly to the living-dining room and its comfortable sofas. This makes the house very comfortable and cosy. The bedrooms are located on the first floor. There are two bedrooms with double beds, one of them with bathroom en suite, and one bedroom with two single beds. All of them, as well as the living room, have air-conditioning to cope with the hot summer days in Majorca. In total there are two bathrooms with a bathtub on the first floor and a toilet on the ground floor. In short, Delicias is a highly recommended choice to enjoy an incredible holiday with family or friends in a very quiet neighbourhood but with all the amenities around without the need to have a car: well-known restaurants, bars and supermarkets are just a few steps away.
