Sustainability has been taken into account and it is equipped with intelligent locks so that you can forget about the possible problems that keys can cause. Melenara Beach is 350 metres long and 30 metres wide, with black volcanic sand and a wide range of restaurants that allow you to enjoy the rich and varied local gastronomy. Melenara is a quiet and very familiar beach, with parking and spa, with bathing service, adapted for disabled people, lifeguard service throughout the year, children's playground and blue flag. The flat "Atenea" is located on the first floor, has a terrace, two bedrooms, open plan kitchen, living room and bathroom. It is accessible, exterior, soundproofed, modern and bright, with capacity for three people and has all the comforts you could wish for. The dining room has a table and three chairs, which can also be used for working, as the chairs are very comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen has a combined fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, extractor fan, complete kitchenware and small appliances, as well as a water purifier. In the bathroom, apart from the WC, washbasin and shower tray, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer together with a storage unit, where the hairdryer is.
