**IMPORTANT INFORMATIVE NOTE 28/03/24:**  Due to severe drought and water shortage, the Andalusian government has decreed that the swimming pools will remain closed this summer unless the expected rain refills the water reservoirs. Part of the terrace is closed and in this space you can enjoy the magnificent views and the best sunsets of the Costa del Sol. The property has air conditioning and wifi included in the rent. You will find a wide variety of restaurants: Spanish, Lebanese, Chinese, Italian, Japanese, Irish, cafes and even a Burger King, all along the splendid promenade. The complex has two magnificent swimming pools for use from April to October.
