This charming apartment features a cozy living room with SAT/DTT TV, air conditioning and access to a spacious dining room with stunning views of the sea. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and dishwasher, providing the possibility of preparing delicious meals. One bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds, also with air conditioning, and there is another bathroom with a bathtub for greater comfort.
ABROAD:
The apartment benefits from an exceptional communal area, including two swimming pools surrounded by lawns to enjoy the sun. In addition, it has a paddle court and a children's playground. A garage space for one vehicle is also provided.
LOCATION:
With unparalleled views of the sea, the apartment is located on the second line of the beach, just 110 meters from the sandy beach and various restaurants. The nearest supermarket is 900 meters away, while the center of Calpe is 1.2 kilometers away.
OBSERVATIONS:

3,4Apartment in good area. Plus holidays should fix niggling faults reported to them. Breakfast -not applicable. 16th floor apartment at 2nd row from the beach with good view of the sea and harbour. Comfortable beds. Dishwasher tablets supplied.Only one pillow on each bed. No spare toilet rolls. Electrical recliner 3 seat couch recline did not work and we had to get maintenace from Plus holidays to fix recline in down position (mechanism tied down using Ty wraps). No detergent for washing machine supplied. No instuctions for tv or appliances. Not much room between bottom of beds and wall. Only one bedside table in twin room. Seal on bottom of en-suite shower door needs to be replaced.
