A beautiful, modern, two-bedroom apartment in the mountains of Benahavis, with unmatched views over Marbella and the Mediterranean. Set in the popular and bustling resort community of Hacienda del Señorio de Cifuentes, with several pool areas, concierge service and 24hr security presence, this is the perfect getaway location for relaxing breaks. The apartment sleeps four, with spacious living areas and a large terrace for making the most of mornings and evenings in the sun. Guests will have unrestricted access to the community pool areas, including an infinity pool and a heated pool, private gardens with tropical flowers and beautifully manicured lawns; perfect for sunbathing. Despite the peaceful location, there’s quick access to shops, supermarkets, and several hot-spots along the coast by car. Among these is the nearby mountain pueblo of Benahavis, nestled into a valley with dramatic cliff faces and forest hills surrounding a traditional Spanish village. Here, guests will find world-renowned restaurants, cosy tapas bars and local art galleries to enjoy as well as excellent golf courses, padel tennis courts and sports facilities - all within a 10 minute drive! For the more adventurous, the Benahavis valley also makes for excellent guided canyoneering, cicyling and forest hikes. Puerto Banus and Marbella Town are no more than twenty minutes away by car, as well as the less exclusive but nonetheless charming Estepona in the opposite direction. Along this stretch of coast you can walk or run across seafront paths (paseos maritimos), visit beautiful and uncrowded beaches, and dine on the sand in peaceful beachfront settings. The property is managed on behalf of the owners by Finest Rentals. We are a family business with great reviews across a wide range of holiday rental portals so guests are assured of top quality service and an excellent experience. The first floor apartment is accessed by lift or stairs, and upon entering the light and open lounge and dining area, guests are greeted with open sea-views and double doors to an excellent south-east-facing terrace. A well equipped kitchen with bar counter opens to the living area, and has all the appliances you could need, right down to a Nespresso coffee machine! To the left of the entrance hall is a twin bedroom with built-in wardrobes and a spacious bathroom. Through the lounge area the master bedroom is accessed with a super-king sized bed, a dressing area with fitted wardrobes, and a bathroom with twin sink areas and a bath/shower. From the show-stopping terrace guests can dine and entertain with breath-taking views of the Marbella bay, from mountains to sea and beyond. There’s dining space for four, two comfy sunbeds and a covered sofa and chairs, which are perfect for relaxing into Spains’ calm summer nights. We also provide satellite TV with sports and international channels (Languages: English, Spanish, German, Dutch, French, Russian, Swedish, Norwegian). One of our team will always personally check you in and out and will be on hand if you need anything (we all live nearby) but otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet. If there is anything that any of our guests need, from airport transfers or car hire, a cot or to hire a super yacht or Ferrari (or perhaps a more practical vehicle for the family) then you only have to ask - our aim is to make your holiday here unforgettable! Please be aware that, at present, due to a drought in the south of Spain, the regional government of Andalucia have imposed restrictions on pool filling and openings and as such guests are prohibited from using the pool and shower/communal toilet facilities until further notice. These measures are being reviewed every two weeks, and we hope and expect that by the summer the pool will reopen.
