Next to the bedrooms is the bathroom with shower. The house is equipped with a pellet heater for the cold months, heating the common area and the rooms through radiators. Three bags of pellets are included in the price, the rest can be purchased for 12 euros/bag. Es Sementaret is located in Artá with easy access to the different areas of the island thanks to its location.
