Location: This house is part of a private urbanization, Ses Tanques, on the south coast of the island. The pretty bay and small white sand beach at Es Canutells is 10 minute walk from the house and other south coast beaches (Binidalí, Binisafúa, Binibeca) are a 10 minute drive away. San Clemente village, where you will find all local amenities (supermarket, banks, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc) is 5 minutes drive and the capital town Mahon is 10 minutes by car. Exterior: Villa Oriol is a front line property that boasts wonderful sea views from two of its three terraces. There is a small terrace at then entrance of the property furnished with a table and two chairs, the main terrace with sea views, is furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining and garden sofas for relaxing in the shade, and the third terrace is on the upper floor. The urbanization has a very large swimming pool also with sea views and sunbathing terrace. There is a room with internet connection available to residents/guests. Interior: The architecture of the urbanization is typical of the island. Villa Oriol is distributed on two floors: Ground floor: open plan lounge / kithcen / dining area, 1 bedroom with pull-out bed, 1 bedroom with two bunk-beds (sleeps 4) and 1 full bathroom. First Floor (bedrooms with air conditioning): 1 double bedroom with full bathroom en-suite, 1 double bedroom with shower room en-suite. Both of these bedrooms are connected to the upstairs terrace with sea views. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
