A fully equipped open kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher. A bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower en suite. A bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower (from this bedroom you can access the upper floor). The UPPER FLOOR consists of a living room and a kitchen with a ceramic hob with an American bar. In addition to a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with separate shower.

EXTERNAL: Pleasant plot with an 8x4 rectangular pool. Terrace with built-in barbecue to enjoy meals outdoors. There is parking on the same plot for two vehicles.
