Descending via internal stairs, we reach the GROUND FLOOR, which offers a spacious living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV and sea views, with access to a covered terrace and the pool area. The open kitchen, fully equipped with a gas stove and dishwasher, becomes the heart of the home. Two further bedrooms, both with sea views (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), together with another bathroom with shower, complete the interior amenities.

ABROAD:

The exterior of the villa stands out for its pleasant 8x4 meter pool with Roman stairs and a large terrace for sunbathing. A built-in barbecue offers the opportunity to enjoy meals outdoors, while parking on the same plot ensures convenience.
