This property is located just a few metres from the beach, restaurants and leisure activities, with easy access to the motorway to travel to any part of the island. Public transport: less than 200 metres away you will find the following regular bus lines 15, 21 (Airport), 23, 25 and 454 of TIB. Our recommendation to go to the city centre is line 25 which, in just 15 minutes, will take you to a very central area of Palma. This house has air conditioning and centralized heating in all rooms and common areas of the property. Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night.
