Exterior: Located on a completely closed plot to provide privacy and security, this villa has a level access to the house, with only a small step. There is parking space for up to 3 or 4 vehicles and a pool area with a built-in barbecue, perfect for gathering outdoors. You'll also find a refreshing outdoor shower to enjoy after a day at the pool.

Ground Floor: Upon entering through the main door, you will be greeted by a common area on the ground floor, where there is a small laundry room. You will also find a common toilet with a shower tray. The large, fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals, while the spacious living-dining room offers direct access to the terrace and pool, and is equipped with air conditioning for greater comfort. There is a bedroom with air conditioning and a 150cm bed.

First floor: Going up the interior stairs, you will reach the first floor, where there is a cozy room with a 150x190 double bed and air conditioning. There is also a second room with a 135x190 double bed and access to a terrace. 3 more rooms are located on this floor, all of them have two single beds. In addition, you will find two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and bidet, and the other with a shower tray.
