INTERIOR: This magnificent villa consists of a spacious living room with SAT / DTT TV, air conditioning and access to the terrace overlooking the sea. An independent kitchen with hob, washing machine and dishwasher; from which they can enter the villa through the parking lot. Two large bedrooms with a double bed, air conditioning and bathroom with shower en suite each. On the GROUND FLOOR we will find a living room with SAT / DTT TV, sea views, air conditioning, access to the terrace and the pool. An open kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob. One bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and bathroom with bathtub en suite. Finally a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower en suite.
EXTERIOR: The villa has a beautiful plot with several terraces where you can enjoy a relaxing break with the sound of the sea. An 8x4 pool with Roman stairs and outdoor shower. There is also a built-in barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. The plot is fully enclosed and has parking for one vehicle.
LOCATION: Located in the urbanization "El Tosal" just 800 meters by car or walk from the "Puerto Blanco cove and nearest restaurant. It also has a path right in front of the villa to go down to the beach. Nearest supermarket just 1.1 km and doctor 0.9 km. Calpe Center 1.3 km away where you can see the old town and its charming streets.
OBSERVATIONS: Free Wifi. Pets are allowed up to 12 kg with supplement.

Mukava, viihtyisä ja rauhallinen lomanviettopaikka kokonaisuudessaan. + Kaunis ja rauhallinen sijainti ja viihtyisät piha- ja oleskelualueet ja tarpeelliset markiisit oikeissa paikoissa. - Kuvauksessa ei kerrottu talon muodostuvan kahdesta eri huoneistosta eri kerroksissa, joihin kulku pihan kautta. Petivaatteet ja liinavaatteet, sekä kaikki patjat eivät vastanneet hintatasoa. Muista puutteita kerroimme majoittajalle, mutta ne olivat normaalia vuokrakäytössä olevan asunnon kulumaa.
3,6We loved our time here! We had an exceptional stay at the villa and really enjoy our time in Calpe. The house was beautiful, the pool was great and we loved walking down to the beach. Great stay!
4,8Einmalige Aussicht, ideales Haus für zwei Familien!!Wunderschöne einmalige Aussicht! Die Terrasse mit dem Blick auf das offene Meer ist nicht zu übertreffen! Fantastisch. Der Platz um das Pool ist grosszügig, es hat auch eine tolle Aussendusche. Die beiden Wohnungen, die getrennt voneinander und durch separate Eingänge zugänglich sind, sind geräumig und grosszügig und verfügen über eine eigene Küche. Insbesondere die obere Wohnung bietet enorm viel Platz, sie scheint ziemlich neu renoviert zu sein. Sie bietet im Wohnzimmer nochmals Platz für 2 Personen zum schlafen, diese haben dann aber kein eigenes Bad oder Gästebad. Hübsche Dekorationen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die untere Wohnung ist ebenfalls schön und hat vor allem eine ganz tolle neue Küche. Alle vier Zimmer in beiden Wohnungen haben ein eigenes Badezimmer. Die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern war extrem effizient und vor allem total leise. Es waren genug Liegestühle für alle vorhanden. Beide Wohnungen verfügen über eine Waschmaschine, unten hat es sogar ein grosses Reduit resp. Stauraum hinter der Küche. Draussen hat es einen fixen Grill! Der ganze Aussenbereich ist durch ZäuneGartentore gesichert. Kinder und Hunde sind können nicht aus dem Gelände. Der Aussenbereich hat, bis auf die Aussicht, seine besten Zeiten hinter sich. Leider war draussen kein einziger Tisch gross genug damit die Anzahl Personen, die in der ganzen Villa Platz hätten, gemeinsam hätten essen können. Platz hätte es mehr als genug. Der grösste Tisch aussen war für maximal 6 Personen, aus Plastik mit Plastikstühlen und schon sehr abgegriffen....Dieser Tisch hatte aber keinen Schatten, auch keinen Sonnenschirm, von daher war er nicht brauchbar. Am kleineren Steintisch hatten wir zu fünft grad so Platz, dieser hatte auch eine Sonnenstore. Für den Preis der Villa könnte ein richtig guter Tisch aussen, beschattet und mit genügend Stühlen erwartet werden. Die Sonnenstore beim Pool war schon recht zerrissen und müsste unbedingt ersetzt werde
