Recently renovated house, very nice and cozy, isolated with a private patio for 10 people. Located in a very quiet neighborhood, a few meters from the beach of Cala Montgó. And just a few meters from a natural area, a small forest and beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea. Next to the house there is a Carrilet stop, you can move around l'Escala without the need for a car. The house has two large private terraces, in front and behind the house, with the barbecue area. The house is divided in two floors. On the ground floor is the independent equipped kitchen, the living room with a large sofa where you can relax. It consists of four bedrooms with double beds (one of them has a trundle bed for 2 persons) and 2 bathrooms with a shower and one with a bathtub. The first floor consists of a beautiful terrace where you can relax sunbathing with a hammock, and a room with a sofa to rest. The house has electric radiators, and you will find the a/c in the living room. It has parking inside the enclosure with capacity for 2 cars. 3 rooms have a 180x200cm bed, and a 1 room with 4 single beds of 90cm. In total the house can sleep 10 people. Dogs are welcome and have a supplement. A maximum of 2 pets up to 10kg are allowed. Check in: from 4PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure. Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning. Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 9.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
