NEWLY REFORMED! Villa Can Dala is a very large villa located in the quiet area of Port de Pollensa called Siller. The villa is south facing with fantastic views looking to the Tramuntana Mountains. The villa is within walking distance to the main town square and to Port de Pollensa beautiful sandy beach. This property is a 6 bedroom villa that sleeps up to 12 guests. There are two double bedrooms, three twin bedrooms and one smaller bedroom with a bunk bed. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning system. The property has three shower rooms and one family bathroom. The ground floor has the larger lounge/dining rooms and the downstairs kitchen that opens out onto the terrace which over looks the 22 x 9 ft. private pool with Roman steps. Located also on the ground floor is a double bedroom and a bunk bedroom plus a family bathroom. Located on the second floor there is the a large front double bedroom with a large en-suite that offers a massive shower and free standing bath tub, which leads out onto the top balcony, a further double bedroom which also has access to the front balcony of the property. The third twin bedroom and a nest bed bedroom along with two shower rooms are also on the 2nd floor. Through the newly redesigned lounge/dinning area on the ground floor you gain access to the covered terrace, perfect for al fresco dining. The villa has a brick built BBQ which is great for large gatherings. Villa Can Dala has a lovely pool 4x8m. The villa is great for large parties or two families there is plenty of space for everyone. The property offers air conditioning/heating throughout. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units. Eco-tax not included. 2€ + 10% VAT per adult per night. Confirmation of your booking. To finalise and confirm your booking you must supply us with you email address so you can then activate your customer account with Dickinson Villas, once we send you the activation details message via your given email address. Once you have completed the online guest check in details we will then be able to send you the arrival details and direction to the property a week prior to your arrival.
