The villa is within walking distance to the main town square and to Port de Pollensa beautiful sandy beach. This property is a 6 bedroom villa that sleeps up to 12 guests. There are two double bedrooms, three twin bedrooms and one smaller bedroom with a bunk bed. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning system. The property has three shower rooms and one family bathroom. The ground floor has the larger lounge/dining rooms and the downstairs kitchen that opens out onto the terrace which over looks the 22 x 9 ft. private pool with Roman steps. Located also on the ground floor is a double bedroom and a bunk bedroom plus a family bathroom. Located on the second floor there is the a large front double bedroom with a large en-suite that offers a massive shower and free standing bath tub, which leads out onto the top balcony, a further double bedroom which also has access to the front balcony of the property. The third twin bedroom and a nest bed bedroom along with two shower rooms are also on the 2nd floor. Through the newly redesigned lounge/dinning area on the ground floor you gain access to the covered terrace, perfect for al fresco dining. The villa has a brick built BBQ which is great for large gatherings. Villa Can Dala has a lovely pool 4x8m. The villa is great for large parties or two families there is plenty of space for everyone. The property offers air conditioning/heating throughout. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units.
