The main house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a small studio annex with 2 bedrooms and an additional bathroom, for a total of 12 guests. The interior of the villa is bright and cosy, with a large living room with a fireplace and comfortable chairs, all surrounded by a very delicate decoration. The dining room is the perfect place to enjoy delicious dishes with a Mediterranean flavour cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. In addition, the property has internet connection, safe and all the comforts for your enjoyment. Outside the house you will find a swimming pool with sunbeds to enjoy the sun, as well as outdoor furniture to enjoy a barbecue with family and friends. This villa has specialised equipment for the maintenance and repair of racing bicycles. A complete mechanical workshop is at your disposal. Public transport: Less than 300 metres away you will find the stops of the bus lines 23 and 520, with the latter you will be in the centre of Palma in only 25 minutes. At 5 minutes walking distance you will find the Club Nautico stop where the following lines pass: 454, 500, 501, 502, 515 and A51. This house has air conditioning in four bedrooms and in the living room. There are two bedrooms that do not have air conditioning. There is no central heating but all air conditioners have heat pump mode. Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax. Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest. Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected.
