INTERIOR: This charming villa consists of a tastefully furnished living-dining room, equipped with Sat/TDT TV, stereo, with access to a beautiful terrace and the pool area with sea views. Pleasant closed kitchen, fully equipped with ceramic hob and dishwasher, very practical access to the rear terrace where you can make succulent meals thanks to its terrace, barbecue and large natural space. The villa has a bedroom with a double WATER bed on the main floor, and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub. You will also find a separate bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor you will find two bedrooms with double beds each. Additionally, there is a separate bathroom with a shower.

EXTERIOR: The villa offers a pleasant terrace with an irregular diamond-shaped pool measuring 9x4 meters (with a minimum depth of 0.9 meters and a maximum depth of 2.20 meters), provided with Roman stairs. It has a barbecue in the back and a spacious covered terrace, as well as parking space for up to 3 vehicles on the same plot.

LOCATION: The villa is strategically located in a privileged area, surrounded by pine trees and remarkably quiet. Just 400 meters from Cala Andragó, restaurants and the 2 km walk that takes you to the center of Moraira.
