Cozy house with sea view in la Matanza de Acentejo situated within our avocato farm on Tenerife´s Northern Shore with a sun set view over the ocean. The house is 30 year old, but has been totally renovated. The style is quite modern with scandinavian and indonesian look and feel. Two bedrooms (4 people and extra bed for the 5th. person) and a single full bath-room. A Great living room, full of natural light, with sea-sunset view. The terrace is huge and it has sun beds, tables and chairs. On one side you can have breakfast under the sunrise, and on the other, you can have dinner while contemplating the marvellous sunset. There is a new TV with satélite chanels, internet, heating, and full kitchen... It shares a solar-gas heated swimming pool with 8 little apartment’s that are close to it. Depending on the season, we welcome you with our farm produced bananas, papayas, avocado, passion fruit, dragon fruit... Although very close (one minute) to the most important road on the island, you are in the country side, and the silence is only broken by the sound of the birds. We recommend it for people who appreciate a beautiful and quiet place to escape. ¿What makes our place special?: The Sunset and Sunrise terraces, the great sea view, the silence, the weather, the light, the warmth, the house and its decoration, and Us.
