The pool 9m x 5m has a porch with shade over 6 sun loungers to sunbathe while contemplating the landscape, as well as an outdoor shower. The house is surrounded by different areas that you can enjoy in various ways: a terrace at the entrance of the house, with an outdoor play area with a dartboard and a playground for the little ones. Also, on the terrace overlooking the pool, there is a large table for 6 people where you can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner enjoying the good weather of Mallorca, and a chill-out area with sofas. This terrace is directly connected to the large living-dining room with stone walls and wooden beams, with another huge wooden table in the centre and a sofa area to relax. The kitchen is also very large and is perfectly equipped. On the upper floor are the 3 bedrooms, two of them with double beds and one with two beds. They are bright and cozy, all in a very welcoming country house style with a wonderful view of the beautiful landscape. There are 3 bathrooms with showers available, one of them en suite.
