A visit to the picturesque old town of Palma is always recommended. In the Casco Antiguo, you will find most tourist attractions such as the majestic La Seu Cathedral, the Royal Palace of Almudaina and the Es Baluard Museum of Contemporary Art. If you have enough time left after a day full of culture, put the city map aside, enjoy the medieval streets and find out where you are going. You will surely discover a traditional "Ensaïmada" in one of the numerous cafes or perhaps tasty tapas in one of the lively bars. Palma is cosmopolitan and full of culture, so there is always something to do in the city center. While some of Mallorca's tourist centers close their doors in winter, Palma's best restaurants, bars and galleries are open all year round. Our exquisite townhouse "Miquel Santandreu" offers top location as well as absolutely contemporary facilities and comfort. In the chic courtyard there is a private pool, framed with African teak wood and matching barbecue area. A long dining table offers plenty of space and comfort when it comes to having breakfast together. Social barbecues are sure to be a great success with nice lighting around the terrace. The 190 m² spacious interior is equipped and decorated to the highest standards. The mix of elegant white, cream tone and wooden floor creates a wonderfully pleasant living atmosphere, which is underlined by the open interior design. The living space is divided into 2 levels, with the communal living area on the ground floor. This consists of a complete designer kitchen with an open dining room and the associated living room with super comfortable upholstered furniture and XXl-TV. From here you have also directly access to the well-being terrace area. There is also 1 double bedroom with a large double bed and bathroom ensuite, as well as a separate guest toilet on the ground floor. The other 4 double bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Again, each room is equipped with en suite bathroom and air conditioning. All areas are beautifully styled and exude elegance and quality with a touch of minimalism. The entire property has free wifi internet, air conditioning and heating. If you look at the location and the facilities you can also use the accommodation ideal for business trips and meetings.
