In addition, the house has air conditioning and heating in all rooms. The house is located in the mythical Mentidero neighbourhood, a residential area of the old town where, despite being close to many points of interest of the city, you will not lose peace and quiet when it comes to rest. Nearby you can easily find restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, as well as cultural and historical points of interest such as the Reina Sofía Cultural Centre (200m), the Baluarte de Candelaria (200m), the Genovés Park (150m), the Alameda promenade (500m), the Gran Teatro Falla (300m) or the Aramburu Palace House (250m).
