Beautifully furnished and styled house in popular urbanization featuring terraces and a rooftop with breathtaking views, several pools, cinema room and a gym. This spacious property is distributed over 3 separate levels, so we can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. All rooms have air-conditioning and under-floor heating. While the house has all the luxury needed inside, most of your time will probably be spend outside, either by one of the 3 outdoor pools, of which one of them is heated in the winter, or either on one of the three south-facing terraces. On the main floor we have a spacious open concept living-dining area with an American kitchen that is fully equipped, a separate guest toilet and a laundry room. Outside there is a nice private garden area for sunbathing or for children to play around. The private garden with lounge and dining area is perfect for an outdoor dinner since it features a professional, built in BBQ grill. Second floor features master suite with walk-in closet, bathroom and private terrace of 34m2 with lounge chairs. The 2 extra bedrooms on the same floor have a double bed, fitted wardrobes and the second bathroom with shower nearby. The crown jewel of our house is without any doubt the 57 m2 solarium rooftop terrace with magnificent views towards the Mediterranean sea and Marbella´s famous “La Concha“ Mountain. The private rooftop terrace features another outdoor lounge and dining area perfect for a drinks or dinner under the stars. The terrace has a sink so there is no inconvenience in preparing something to eat up there or get cleaned up if necessary. The south west orientation offers sunshine on all of the three terraces from where you can sunbath all day. The basement level has a living space that can be used as a cinema room or office since it has a big desk with a computer screen and printer. A additional and incredible feature is the private gym that you can use to maintain your workout routine. From the basement you have direct access to the private garage for 2 cars. Visitors can park their car at the public parking lot at the main entrance - free of charge. With it’s exceptional location, magnificent sea views from the rooftop terrace and a heated swimming pool for year round swimming pleasure our house at Marbella Senses is probably one of the best places to stay in Marbella. Marbella enjoys a pleasant micro-climate bringing marvellous weather and more than 320 days of sun during the year. Winters are very mild with average temperatures of 17 to 18 degrees while summers are always pleasantly warm with average temperatures between 25 and 30 degrees. This is due to it's position with the Mediterranean Sea and beach to the south and the Sierra Blanca mountain range behind it to the north.
Marbella and the Costa del Sol have so many things to offer that holidays will never be boring. A day excursion to beautiful places like Ronda, Granada, Sevilla, Gibraltar, Córdoba, Málaga or the white village of Mijas Pueblo. Golfers can enjoy playing golf in one of 20 golf courses surrounding the Marbella Area. Last but not least the nightlife in Marbella is unique, fun and very famous across the world.
