The living room, which opens onto the terrace, has two comfortable sofas, satellite TV and air conditioning to ensure your comfort. The kitchen, decorated in a charming Mediterranean style in shades of blue and white, is fully equipped with everything you might need. There is also a table for four people, perfect for those times when you prefer to enjoy your meals indoors. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. Both rooms are bright and cosy, with the twin room offering ample wardrobe space to store your belongings. The spacious bathroom with a luxurious shower complements the comfortable experience. Located on the first floor of a small community of flats in Cala Marçal, Felanitx, our flat is perfect for families. Just 80 metres from the beach and surrounded by amenities such as a small supermarket, children's playground and local restaurants, the accommodation offers the perfect combination of tranquillity and convenience. Just 1 km away, you will find Portocolom, a picturesque fishing village with shops, restaurants and a variety of activities. Palma is 65km from the accommodation.
