This apartment is located high up in the building and has a glazed balcony and a roof terrace. Manilva City Council, in accordance with the provisions of the DHCMA Special Drought Plan, has decided that water restriction measures will be introduced on 1st of October 2023 due the eminent shortage of water caused by drought.This unfortunately means that the pools must be kept closed until a new notice is given. On the balcony there is a dining area for 4 people and on the roof terrace there are both sun loungers and a dining area with an outstanding sea view all the way to Gibraltar. Duquesa Golf Club is visible between the rooftops, just a stone's throw from this fine community.
