Situated on the third floor of a residential building, its balcony offers spectacular views over the bay of Las Palmas and its large beach 'Las Canteras.' The apartment is built in a loft style, but the kitchen is separated from the living areas. It has two comfortable single beds and a sofa bed in the living room. The beach of the 'La Puntilla' site is located at the end of the Las Canteras beach promenade and is the best beach, speaking in terms of safety. Its almost four km-long passage offers a great gastronomic and cultural variety. Las Cantera was considered in 2016 as one of the best urban beaches in the world, with a natural barrier of rocks that converts this part of the beach into a giant, natural swimming pool.
