The beach of Maspalomas is within walking distance and the beach of Meloneras is only 150 metres from the flat. The house is distributed over two floors: - On the main floor there is the entrance, the living room-kitchen, a bathroom with shower, the main terrace with private pool, 2 sun loungers, a chill-out area with sofas, and another outdoor terrace with barbecue and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils.... - On the upper floor there is 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bedroom with double bed and balcony and 1 bathroom with shower. In all rooms there is smart-TV, air conditioning and free high speed wifi. The bungalow can be enjoyed both inside and outside all year round, as it offers all the comfort you would expect.
