The apartment, located in a recently built building with an elevator, welcomes you with an entrance hall, living-dining room with a comfortable 135 cm sofa bed, separate kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, one of them inside the master bedroom. With a 150 cm double bed in the first bedroom and two 90 cm single beds in the second, we guarantee a pleasant rest. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for your stay, and the apartment has free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms, ensuring a comfortable environment. In the residential complex, enjoy the seasonal summer community pool, subject to community rules, as well as a paddle tennis court and lush gardens.
