Our modern apartment located in the ramblas of Santa Cruz de Tenerife has 1 bedroom and capacity for 4 people. It has 80 m² of space and is located in a modern building with free garage space in the same building. With a design decoration and furnished with a modern taste, we are in a spacious apartment, with lots of light. It is distributed as follows: Bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and a dressing room. It has a toilet outside the bedroom and a large living room with internet access (wifi), Smart TV and Satellite TV. The induction kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, water kettle and juicer. It also has an elevator, a safe, a hairdryer, air conditioning and a garage. This modern apartment not only guarantees comfort during your stay, but also security, as it has an intelligent lock access system for which you will need to download the free. It is located in one of the best known streets of the city 'LA RAMBLA', with many shops and restaurants. With a lot of movement during the day, but at night very quiet.
