Welcome to our cozy family apartment in Colonia de Sant Jordi, ideal for 2 to 4 guests. This charming 1 bedroom apartment is designed to provide comfort and convenience for your whole family. With two single beds, a spacious closet and air conditioning, we ensure a pleasant atmosphere for a good rest after a fun-filled day in the sun. The living-dining room with kitchenette is the perfect place to gather and relax. Equipped with microwave, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, you will have all the basics to prepare simple meals. In the living room, there are 2 twin sofa beds, ideal for 2 children. Air conditioning, TV with satellite channels and Wifi access ensure your comfort. Enjoy the fresh air and views from the furnished balcony while planning your adventures. Just a few meters away, Es Dolç beach awaits you with its fine sand and crystal clear waters. Rent sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach or explore the nearby restaurants, bars and stores. Don't miss the exciting excursions available from Colonia de Sant Jordi. The most famous is the boat excursion to La Cabrera, with snorkeling opportunities. Discover the stunning beaches of Es Trenc and Sa Rapita, or immerse yourself in the picturesque atmosphere of Ses Salines or Santanyi. With supermarkets, restaurants and stores nearby, you won't need a car to enjoy all that this charming area has to offer. To consider: Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. You’ll receive a link before arrival to register all guests. There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season (May-October) and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season (Nov-April). During the low season, it reduces by half from the 9th night. The damage deposit of will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.
