This recently renovated two bedroom apartment is situated in the popular Jardines de Calahonda area on the Caserio complex. There is a brand new modern fully equipped kitchen (including a Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine). This bright spacious apartment is in an excellent location for either a family holiday or a couples retreat. Situated within 1km walking distance to the beach and all amenities, this apartment is perfect for those who do not wish to hire a car. The apartment has a side awning providing a wonderful sun trap for the winter months on the south facing terrace. The apartment has 2 double beds. The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning for the summer and heating for the cooler winter months. Complementary WIFI and International Television channels are provided. There is also a second TV in one of the bedrooms equipped with a Google TV stick enabling the guests to sign in to their own Netflix, Prime, Disney+ or Apple TV accounts. The pool is open all year round from dawn till dusk. As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metres are estimates. Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday. Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels). A €40 booking fee is payable on each booking. Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property. A cleaning surcharge is applied at the time of booking. Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged on top. The electricity payment will be due at the end of your stay or each month depending on the duration of your stay and taken from your damage deposit if not paid before. Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
