Apartamento Unique beachhouse with amazing sea views em Manilva

Unique beach house only 10m from the sea and the beach with a fantastic panoramic view from the lovely terrace. The accommodation is perfect for two people who wish to live directly on the beach and close to cozy Puerto De La Duquesa with restaurants and cafes. Manilva City Council, in accordance with the provisions of the DHCMA Special Drought Plan, has decided that water restriction measures will be introduced on 1st of October 2023 due the eminent shortage of water caused by drought.This unfortunately means that the pools must be kept closed until a new notice is given. The apartment has a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with toilet and shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a dining table, sofa and flat-screen TV. From the kitchen and living room you can see directly to the beach. On the terrace there is a lounge group where you can sit and enjoy the spectacular view for a relaxing holiday. In front of the house is a wide promenade that takes you all the way to Casares Costa, either on foot or by bike. The community has a community pool that is open during the summer months. As a rental company, we have no responsibility or influence regarding municipal or public spaces within and outside the community.
