Our 158m² Duplex is located in the heart of Arucas, just a few steps from the Cathedral. It has three bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. It has three different levels: In the first level you will find The independent kitchen, of glass-ceramic, equipped with refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, fryer, toaster, kettle and squeezer. On the second level there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. The main room is very bright, with a colonial style and a small balcony. Another room has two single beds and the third one has a double bed. All rooms have large windows and are cool and bright. The third level is the terrace, equipped with hammocks and with beautiful views of the cathedral, the mountains and the city. All the accommodation has wifi. We invite you to book our fantastic Duplex so you can relax with your family and friends and discover the magnificent corners of Arucas and Gran Canaria. It is 300 m from the "Catedral de Arucas", one of the most important churches of the island, 450 m from the "Estación de autobuses de Arucas", 220 m from "Restaurante El Mercado", 550 m from the "Centro de Salud Arucas", 2 km from the supermarket "Mercadona". The nearest beaches are 13 km from the famous "Playa de Las Canteras" and 10 km from the "Playa el Puertillo". It is 13 km to the golf course "Las Palmeras Golf", 39 km to the "Gran Canaria Airport", and 71 km to the water park "Aqualand Maspalomas".
