Welcome to the agroturismo El Limonar, an oasis surrounded by nature, with communal pool and private apartments to enjoy with family and friends. The agroturismo is located in a quiet environment, but at the same time has excellent connections to the city of Inca, where you will find supermarkets and all the services you may need. This paradise is only 30 minutes drive from the dream beaches of Can Picafort, Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcudia. It also enjoys easy access to the majestic Tramuntana mountains, ideal for exploring places such as the monastery of Lluc, Soller, Valldemossa and Sa Calobra. A car is recommended to move around the island. As for our outdoor facilities, we invite you to enjoy a large communal saltwater pool, surrounded by a generous terrace equipped with hammocks and various corners designed for your total relaxation. For those who love entertainment, we have a ping pong table, a tennis court and extensive terraces. We provide sports equipment such as rackets, tennis balls, badminton and ping pong. You will also find shaded areas with umbrellas and awnings to protect you from the sun. In addition, we offer plenty of parking spaces outside at no extra cost. As for our cozy interior facilities, the offered apartment is ideal for families up to 6 persons. We offer three bedrooms with single beds and air conditioning hot/cold. Two of the bedrooms have 90 cm beds, while the third one has 105 cm beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The open kitchenette includes a washing machine, microwave, refrigerator and crockery for your convenience. The living room, open to the kitchen-dining area, is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, a comfortable sofa and satellite TV. For those who need to stay connected, we offer Wifi suitable for teleworking. In addition, we have a separate bathroom with bathtub. The apartment also has a private terrace with two sun loungers, outdoor table with chairs, umbrella and mobile barbecue. This terrace, facing north, does not have direct access to the pool, giving you privacy and tranquility. There is a small common patio that is shared with another apartment. If you are traveling with the youngest members of the family, do not hesitate to request a crib, highchair and baby bathtub, we will be happy to provide them for you. Please note: Agroturismo El Limonar de Mallorca, is in the countryside, surrounded by fruit trees. It offers a truly rural experience, in a peaceful setting, where you can listen to the crickets chirping, watch butterflies landing on the beautiful flowers and even see the fireflies glowing at night. Swimming pool open from the 17th of February until the end of December. No parties or events of any kind are allowed. A total of 2 pets up to 10 kg are allowed with a supplement. In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, to be paid by each guest from 16 years old. The amount is 2,2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0,55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged on arrival by the owner. This payment is mandatory. The deposit will be retained through a credit card and the customer will have to provide their data through a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
