The property is only 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Palma. This grandiose villa has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, which can comfortably accommodate 12 guests. Inside the villa we find a large and luminous living room, with a fireplace and comfortable armchairs accompanied by a delicate decoration where you can watch television or simply pass the time in the company of a good book. In the spacious living room you will also find a dining area which communicates with a large fully equipped kitchen. The property also has internet connection, safe and all the comforts for your enjoyment. Outside there is a large swimming pool with sunbeds to enjoy the sun and outdoor furniture always ready for a meal cooked on the barbecue offered by the property. This villa has specialised equipment for the maintenance and repair of racing bicycles. A complete mechanical workshop is at your disposal. Public transport: Less than 250 metres away you will find the stops of the bus lines 23 and 520, with the latter you will be in the centre of Palma in only 25 minutes.
