EXTERIOR: Nice terrace at the front of the house and another next to the 8x4 pool with Roman stairs and outdoor shower. It has a barbecue and a garage transformed into a closed laundry room where the washing machine is located. Covered parking for one vehicle.

LOCATION: This villa is located in a very quiet area, just 950 m from the nearest cove and 3.9 km from the sandy beach. The nearest supermarket is 1 km away and the town of Moraira is 4.3 km away.
