Villa Lenito w Ibiza

This pleasant property is located in one of the best areas of Ibiza, Can Pep Simó urbanization, a luxury elevated area a few kilometers from Ibiza Centro, 7 minutes from Talamanca beach and only 5 minutes from the famous nightclub "Pacha" and the port . On the ground floor we find the living room with a table for 6-8 people, TV, WiFi internet, fireplace and with direct access to the large terrace with sofa and sun loungers, ideal to enjoy the sea and Ibiza town views. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, crockery, kitchen utensils, microwave, oven... After a few steps we find 2 double bedrooms, one with a 150x190 bed and the other bedroom with a 135x190 bed and a shower room. On the upper floor there is another bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and bathroom en suite and access to the sea view terrace. In the beautiful garden we find the 7x4.5m swimming pool surrounded by greenery, hammocks, parasols and a chill-out area, as well as a dining area with table for 8 people and portable barbecue. Furthermore, the property offers: cot and high chair and parking for up to 3 rental cars, satellite TV, iron, hair dryer, fireplace, grill, radio, fenced property, DVD, balcony, alarm system, Internet access (WLAN), washing machine. Towel change midweek and every 7 days with change of linen and towels IMPORTANT NOTE! Arrival procedure and key collection:
 • The key collection and check-in processing takes place in our partner office in the port of Ibiza. It is only 10 minutes drive from the airport. Office Opening Hours: 09:30hrs to 19:30hrs. Note: In case the arrival should have a different procedure, the customer will be informed previously by our Customer Service staff.
 • Arrivals out of Office Hours (between 19:30 h and 09:30 h): 
All guests arriving outside office hours must pay a late check-in service charge (cash on arrival). - Check-in 07:30pm-10pm : 60€ - Check-in after 10pm: 100€ Touristic Tax: All tourists visiting the Balearic Islands must pay the local tourist tax on arrival. Security Deposit: A security deposit will be required upon arrival. The amount is individually calculated and depends on accommodation. (More information in our terms and conditions) Waste disposal: In Ibiza, no garbage is collected in the villas except when cleaned daily. Disregard will result in a partial retention of the deposit (40 € to 100 €). Facilities: In many properties, if you request on booking, can provide facilities such as cots, highchairs, Wifi, satellite etc. at a supplement to be paid locally (does not apply to accommodations that already have this available). Another house is being built in the vicinity of the plot.
