Surrounded by colourful gardens in the middle of Pollensa woodlane with views across to the Puig de Maria and the amazing Tramuntana Mountains. The villa is located 3km away from Pollensa Old Town. The property has an open planned living/dining room which through the large glass doors leads you out onto the large covered terrace at the back of the property overlooking the private south facing swimming pool (9m x 4m). All 3 bedrooms have been decorated with a modern touch. There are 2 double bedrooms, the main having its own en suite and a twin bedroom. All of the rooms in the villa have air-conditioning. Finca Maria has a beautiful outside dining area where you will be able to enjoy the cool shade of the covered terrace and an ample sized swimming pool, with the option of a heated pool for the cooler months The surroundings of lawns and sun loungers complete this wonderful paradise.
