Villa Aurelia w Playa Blanca

Villa Aurelia is located in a quiet area of Playa Blanca but at the same time just a few minutes drive from the beach and the center of town. It is an ideal place to spend a family vacation. It has a spacious outdoor area to enjoy the day outdoors with games to entertain family or friends such as table soccer, goalie and ping-pong table. The swimming pool (with optional heating for a small extra) and jacuzzi enjoy privacy and no wind. The front terrace also has hammocks, an outdoor shower and a semi-covered area with sofas and a table to relax, read or have a drink in company. The side outdoor area has a barbecue with outdoor table, chairs, kitchen plan and small refrigerator for outdoor dining. In addition you can enjoy a spectacular solarium area in the upper part of the house with table, chairs, loungers and ice cube tray to relax sunbathing and drinking something cool. At the entrance of the house you will find a spacious sofa overlooking the pool and smart TV with satellite channels. The whole house has Wifi with fiber, also ideal if you need to work online. The house has a total of 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (measures 150x200cm), closet cabin, bathroom with shower en-suite and air conditioning (with coin system). The second bedroom with separate beds (can be joined as needed) has a fan, large closet and drawer. Opposite is the third bedroom with a bunk bed and desk. The fourth bedroom also has separate beds, closet, bathroom with en-suite shower and air conditioning (coin operated). All bathrooms have a hairdryer and baby extras such as a baby cup and bathtub. Bed linen and one set of towels per person plus pool towels are provided. The house also has a very well equipped kitchen with full kitchenware, four burners, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Washing machine, iron and ironing board are available at the back of the house. Villa Aurelia is located about 20 minutes walk, and only 2 minutes drive from Playa Flamingo, with crystal clear water and golden sand. From there you can access the promenade with bars and restaurants. The Aquapark is a 10 minute walk from the house and there is a small supermarket at 600m. You can park your car inside the property. Crib and baby bath available on request, at no extra cost. The house has solar panels to reduce the environmental impact.
