Casa Andrea is on one floor with a kitchen-dining room, a spacious living room with access to the terrace, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. The house has 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Outside, the terrace is oriented towards the southeast so that you will have sun all day, being able to enjoy 2 dining rooms outside. Mácher, is one of the best residential areas in Lanzarote. You are one step away from everything and with the tranquility of staying in a rural space in the Tegoyo Valley. As additional information, the house has a DIRECT ALARM system. It is not necessary to use it during your stay, but if so, it is important to know that the cameras that you will find in some parts of the house are not working unless the alarm is connected and someone accesses without authorization. Then they activate themselves and take a photo to notify the authorities. When disabled correctly, the system understands that everything is fine and they are never turned on.
