You will find our beautiful, Mediterranean villa in a suburb of Torrevieja, only 3km away from the Costa Blanca - the white coast of Spain. In the immediate vicinity you will find the unique pink lagoon of the "Salinas de Torrevieja" and the nature park "La Mata". The house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday with family and friends - including your own private pool and a sauna! The garden, with pomegranate, fig, nispero and lemon trees, is a green oasis with several terraces where you can barbecue, party, relax or simply enjoy the Spanish sun. With its white beaches, the Costa Blanca is one of the most popular holiday regions in Spain. Apart from the classic beach holiday, the region also offers a lot of variety for active holidaymakers. We would be happy to inform you in more detail about possible activities in and around Torrevieja! There may possibly be a camera system in the home. During rental, the camera system is locked down. This can be achieved by temporarily disabling the camera system or physically covering the cameras. The cleaning supplement includes the 24/7 service during your stay and a personal check-in and check-out. Rental rates quoted include energy costs, unless more than 80 kWh per week of electricity is consumed. Additional consumption will be charged at €0.45 per kWh.
