Ideal for a family holiday on the Costa Brava! The house belongs to a complex of 8 houses with a communal pool and garden, and it is divided over 2 floors. It has a maximum capacity for 6 people. It has a furnished terrace with barbecue and a private garden where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals with direct access to the pool. The house consists of a living room with tv and direct access to the terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed (150x190cm) and 2 bedrooms with two single beds (90x190cm). 2 bathrooms with shower. Free WIFI. Pets are not allowed. Only families. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed. - Sheets and towels are not included.
