The spacious garden with lawn, palm trees, and abundant vegetation also includes a rustic charcoal grill for enjoying delicious barbecues outdoors. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, and the other two rooms with two beds each, sharing another bathroom with a shower. The large kitchen open to the dining area is fully equipped. The living room and two of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and satellite television. Thanks to the smart TV, you can enjoy programs on platforms like Netflix or HBO. The WIFI works perfectly throughout the house and in the outdoor area. The estate is located less than 3 kilometres from Inca, with various shops and restaurants. Inca hosts its weekly market every Thursday. The convenient highway connection from Inca leads to Palma and the beaches of the northern part of the island in 25 minutes.
