When you enter you will see a fully equipped open plan kitchen, with bar and open to the living-dining room, where you can have long chats and moments of laughter with your family or friends while you eat and tell the anecdotes of the day in our city.
The living-dining room has a smart TV and a balcony and, as for bedrooms, there are two, one with a double bed and the other with two 105 cm beds, a shared bathroom, a built-in wardrobe and a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard of the property.
In addition, the house has air conditioning and heating in all rooms.
The house is located in the mythical Mentidero neighbourhood, a residential area of the old town where, despite being close to many points of interest of the city, you will not lose peace and quiet when it comes to rest. Nearby you can easily find restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, as well as cultural and historical points of interest such as the Reina Sofía Cultural Centre (200m), the Baluarte de Candelaria (200m), the Genovés Park (150m), the Alameda promenade (500m), the Gran Teatro Falla (300m) or the Aramburu Palace House (250m).
