INTERIOR: This bungalow has the GROUND FLOOR which consists of a spacious living room with air conditioning, DTT / SAT TV and access to the terrace. An open kitchen fully equipped with hob and dishwasher. Two bedrooms with double beds each and air conditioning. There is also a bathroom with shower. In the UPPER FLOOR through which we access by internal stairs, we will find a large bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with bathtub in suite and access to the terrace, ideal for sunbathing.

EXTERIOR: Nice outdoor area with communal pool with Roman stairs and an outdoor shower. There is parking on the same plot for one vehicle.

LOCATION: It is located in a quiet area, idea for those who want to relax during their holidays. It is 2.8 km from the nearest supermarket and 3.5 km from the sandy beach and restaurants.
