Apartamento Ocean w Can Picafort

This apartment with views to the Mediterranean is in Can Picafort, North of Mallorca. It is perfect for four guests who wants to enjoy an independent holidays. The whole apartment is only for our guests. The team of YourHouse is here to help you. Our office hours are from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., weekends and bank holidays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. We have a 24 hours emergency phone number where you can call outside the office hours. Can Picafort is located at the north of Mallorca and it is famous for the fine sand beaches, leisure and restoration huge suggestions. During the summer, it is an animated site with many bars along the promenade. You can do water sports, rent hammocks and parasols or have a picnic on the beach. On the low season, it is a tranquil zone, you can practice hiking, or visit Alcudia’s and Pollença’s old town, or playing golf al Alcanada’s golf field. Along the promenade there are several playgrounds and every Friday there is an opened market. A car is not necessary as everything is in walking distance. To consider: There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email.
