This property is beautifully decorated and wonderfully spacious, with three bedrooms and a terrace. It is in a
fantastic urbanization with lovely and large communal gardens, 4 pools and a paddle court in the heart
of Puerto Banus. The location couldn't be better! The apartment is just a few minutes walk from several beaches perfect for all. There are also a number of beach clubs such as the Ocean Club nearby. In just a couple of minutes, you can walk to the famous harbour with all its shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and clubs. It is also within walking distance to more shopping centres such as El Corte Ingles, and Centro Plaza with further restaurants and shops and is close to the market and the Casino. Directly outside the urbanization, there are taxis, buses and a grocery store that is open around the clock. Marbella city/harbour is approx. 8 km away and the nice beach promenade allows you to walk all the way there. And why not take the catamaran back? For those interested in golf, there are many popular golf courses in the area. As well as this, Sierra Nevada, a great place for those who love skiing is only 2.5 hours away, a perfect combination of the best of two worlds when the season allows. Malaga airport is about 58 km from the property, about 45 minutes by car. The local bus stop is just outside of the apartment.
The apartment is about 100m2, has 3 bedrooms with room for 6 people. There are two bedrooms with double beds and a third bedroom with a bunk bed. The property has 2 bathrooms with showers and a toilet, and in one of the bathrooms, there is a washing machine. There is a large pleasant living room with an open kitchen and dining area, from here you can find the lovely terrace, perfect for enjoying the Marbella sun. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all kitchen appliances needed for a pleasant stay.
Parking is included and is in a guarded garage under the property. WiFi and TV channels are available. Air conditioning and heating are available. The urbanization is perfect for children and has disabled access. There is an elevator from the garage or the entrance up to the apartment.
There are three pools, plus a children’s pool. Free sunbeds can be found by the pool area, as well as a padel court. The urbanization is a lovely gated community.
